Hello my daughters! This one of the best diet books I have read. I love that it is such a healthy eating plan. It has 3 phases that change through the week. It changes every couple of days so you don’t get bored on one type of food and it keeps you looking forward to something. Don’t get me wrong it is still a diet and diets aren’t easy. But as far as diets go this is the easiest one I have been on, and I have been on a lot! I have really enjoyed be on this diet with y’all! Sharing recipes, tips, our struggles and just communicating about it has been great! I think we all agree phase 2 is the hardest, but thank God it’s one for two days. I love that we have all had great results even our spouses have done great! Here’s to reaching our goal weight! Love, Mom
